Irshadul Fatwa is an independent Islamic fatwa and guidance platform dedicated to providing responsible, principled, and methodologically sound religious answers for Muslims seeking clarity in their faith and practice. This service was established to address the growing need for accessible yet reliable guidance, grounded in classical scholarship while engaging responsibly with contemporary realities.
1 Our Purpose

- Uphold scholarly integrity in an age of confusion and oversimplification
2 Our Scholarly Orientation
Irshadul Fatwa operates primarily within the Ḥanafī madhhab, adhering to its established uṣūl, juristic hierarchy, and authoritative references. Where appropriate, valid positions from other recognised madhāhib may be referenced without undermining madhhab discipline.
3 How We Began
Irshadul Fatwa emerged through encouragement and direction from teachers and senior scholars, recognition of the community’s need for structured and trustworthy fatwa services, and a commitment to serve with humility, accountability, and scholarly caution. At its foundation, the initiative is rooted in duʿāʾ, consultation, and reliance upon Allah ﷻ.

Questions are handled with discretion and respect. Personal identifying details are not published, and care is taken to preserve dignity while maximising educational benefit where appropriate. We seek accuracy over speed, caution over speculation, and sincerity over popularity.
